The salon takes a health-first approach and uses low-odor products throughout. Its scrubs, lotions and oils are natural, vegan, gluten-free and celiac-friendly. Most polishes are 5-free, made without toluene, dibutyl phthalate, formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin or camphor, and many polish options are 10-free.

Services cover manicures from a polish manicure at $60 to a luxury gel manicure at $120, and pedicures from a polish pedicure at $70 to a luxury gel pedicure at $115. The luxury polish manicure adds a hand scrub, a deeper massage, a paraffin wax treatment and a hot towel finish. Gel-X can typically be filled two to three times before full tips need to be reapplied. Nail art add-ons range from $3 striping tape to $100 custom designs, and repairs and spa add-ons such as paraffin, revitalizing scrub and extended massage are also offered. Prices vary by technician, with senior and junior technicians differing by $20.

Booking details: appointments require a credit card on file, and clients need to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance or the full intended service is charged. Online booking pairs manicures and pedicures back to back by default, and clients who want them at the same time can call, text or email. Regular clients get gel removal at no charge when they book it along with a reapplication, and clients removing soft gel from another salon pay a $10 fee that is waived once they become returning clients. Gift cards are available, and samples of work are posted on Instagram at @notoxnails. The salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
