Brow work is the core of the menu. Microblading is a manual method that deposits hair-like strokes with a fine disposable tool, and it is recommended for dry to normal skin in the T-zone. Powder brows use a small machine to create a soft, powdered finish with darker tails, and the studio describes them as suited to oily skin. Combination brows, coverup and correction work, and touch-ups tiered by time since the last session are also offered. Eyebrow lightening uses Li-FT, a saline pigment lightener made by Li Pigments in New Jersey, and the business says the product contains no chemicals or acids and passed outside lab testing. Brow lamination is a separate service with optional tint and shape. Brow prices listed are for virgin brows, and previously tattooed brows need approval and separate pricing.

Lip work includes lip blush for color, shape and fullness, a melanin-rich neutralization version, and lip neutralization for dark or cool-toned lips, which requires a consultation. Permanent eyeliner and eyelash enhancement at the top lash line are each built up over two appointments. Lash tinting and lash lift with tint are also available. Medical tattooing covers scar camouflage and 3D areola and nipple reconstruction, and the studio offers a paramedical 3D areola service for breast cancer survivors.

Each procedure begins with a topical numbing agent applied before and during the appointment. Brow design is drawn in pencil and measured, and work does not start until the client approves the shape. Needles are sealed, opened in front of the client, used once and discarded, and trays and beds are disinfected and covered with barrier film before and after every procedure. Clients must be 18 or older, and cosmetic tattooing is not performed on pregnant or nursing women.

Booking requires a deposit called a booking fee, which is applied to the service, with the balance due on the day of the appointment. Booking fees are non-refundable and apply only to services. Cancellations need 72 hours notice by email or phone, and appointments arriving more than 10 minutes late are cancelled. Accepted payments include major credit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, cash, Afterpay and Klarna, but not checks. Gift cards are sold online and in the studio. Two-person small-group workshops, both hands-on and virtual, are offered for powder brows and lip blush, along with one-on-one workshops.

Works by appointment with an emphasis on client-approved brow design, single-use sterile needles and barrier-film hygiene. Results are not guaranteed, since healing and the number of sessions vary by client.
