Nostalgic Beauty is a lash and brow studio at 3355 Bee Cave Rd, Bldg 7, Suite 700 in Austin, Texas. The owner describes the studio as based in Westlake Hills. The studio focuses on lashes and brows, with lash extensions, lash lifts with custom tint, lash tinting, brow shaping by threading or tweezing, brow tinting, brow lamination and henna brows.

Many services begin with a planning step. A 30-minute Lash Design Session covers lash goals, eye shape and style for a $25 fee, with a $10 deposit. Clients moving to the studio with extensions from another artist book a Transition Refill, which includes an assessment and blend-in. If the current set cannot be worked with, a removal and full set is recommended instead. Lash extension removal is also offered on its own as a 30-minute service.

Several services are built around options. The Nostalgic Revival Collection starts at $100 and runs 90 minutes or more, with three options to choose from. The Nostalgic Lift starts at $160 with two options. The Nostalgic House Call is an on-location lash service available by request only, subject to availability and a travel fee.

Booking requires a valid credit card, and some services need a non-refundable deposit applied to the total. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice, and late changes incur a 50% fee of the service fee. Changing an appointment type also needs 48 hours' notice, or the original appointment is charged. Missed appointments without notice are charged the full service fee. Reminders go out three days ahead. Refunds are not issued, though in rare cases of an allergic reaction a complimentary removal is provided. Clients who arrive should text the studio and will be told when to come in.

Refills have their own rules. A refill needs at least 25 lashes per eye, and below that a $30 fee applies. If full coverage is not reached in a refill, a touch-up within the same week is required before the next regular fill. Mini fills take 30 minutes and are available within 7 days of the last appointment. Concerns about early fall-out or a new set should be raised within three days, and a complimentary touch-up is offered for application issues or style adjustments.

Gift cards come in amounts of $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount, and sales are final. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. After-hours appointments may be available case by case for an additional fee. Hours are Monday 1 to 7 PM, Tuesday 11:30 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday 10 AM to 1 PM, Thursday and Friday 10 AM to 7 PM, and closed Saturday and Sunday.

Services are structured around a consultation step for new lash clients and a clear process for refills and transfers from other artists.
