A first visit for a new client is a consultation and treatment of about an hour and a half. It reviews skin history, skincare products, lifestyle, diet and habits, and includes an in-depth skin analysis, a personalized acne-safe home routine and a targeted mini chemical peel. Treatments are adjusted at each visit based on how the skin is healing, and the clinic notes that some clients have a temporary purge in the first few weeks. It describes visible improvement as typically seen within four to six weeks, with longer-term clarity taking three to six months.

The clinic's treatment menu covers cleansing, exfoliation done with enzymes or chemicals, pore extractions, LED light therapy, high-frequency current, ice-globe cooling, dermaplaning, and moisture restoration that supports the skin barrier. Custom facials are built around the condition of the skin that day and take roughly 50 minutes. Also offered: a Cold Plasma Facial, which relies on ionized gas rather than heat and involves no recovery time; HydroDermabrasion, a water-driven resurfacing session with no downtime; and the Perfect Derma Peel, a medium-depth chemical peel. Newcomers wanting that peel are asked to phone ahead so their suitability can be assessed. Every chemical peel starts with a sensitivity test that determines the strength used.

Visits are by appointment only and walk-ins are not accepted. Reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment time carry a $50 fee. Clients under 18 must come with a parent or guardian, while adult clients are asked to come alone. After a peel, clients are asked to avoid sun exposure for at least five days, and most clients come in for acne treatments every two to four weeks.

The clinic sells skincare products online, including Face Reality and Alastin lines, with local pickup and shipping available. Free shipping applies to product orders of $125 or more, and a 5% discount is offered on a product subscription. Gift cards are sold, including eGift cards at 15% off face value that can be sent to one person or pooled from several contributors. The clinic also offers a mentorship program for estheticians who want to specialize in acne treatment and build a business.
