The menu is grouped into custom facials, standard facials, peels, a teen cleanse, waxing, and a set of treatments that can be added to a facial.

The custom facials are the core of the menu. The Custom Facial (60 minutes, covering face, neck and chest) moves through a deep cleanse, enzyme exfoliation and masks, ultrasonic extractions, custom hydration and cold roller therapy, and targets aging, acne, pigmentation, tone and texture. The Custom Plus Facial (90 minutes) covers the same areas and adds technology-based treatments chosen for specific concerns, such as LED light therapy, a microcurrent mask or microdermabrasion. A Basic Facial (60 minutes, face only) and an Express Glow & Go (30 minutes) are also available.

Appointments can be booked by phone, text or online, and clients are asked to bring any products and medications they currently use and to wear comfortable clothing. Same-day cancellations are charged 25% of the service price and no-shows 50%. Waxing cannot be booked on its own and must be added to a facial. A 10% discount applies when a client books a series of any three services.

The salon is open Tuesday and Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Facial products from Rhonda Allison are used and sold; they contain no artificial coloring or fragrances, and many of their ingredients are plant-based and non-toxic. Clients can buy products by messaging the salon or at raproyouth.com using Pro Number 2734 at checkout.

Each facial is customized to the client's skin needs, with peels, LED light therapy, microdermabrasion and microcurrent added as needed. The salon describes its products as healthy for skin and containing superior ingredients.
