Noor Spa

Noor Spa is a skin care spa in Phoenix, founded by Liza Baltajian, a licensed esthetician and laser technician. The name is the Armenian word for pomegranate.

The spa describes its philosophy as nourishing the skin, restoring balance and helping clients leave feeling refreshed, and says it combines scientific technique with a more personal, holistic side of care. The menu is organized around facials of increasing length: the 45-minute Mini Facial at $85, the 60-minute Signature Facial at $125, the 75-minute Luxe Facial at $150, which adds extended massage and extra attention to areas that need it, and the 90-minute Decadence Facial at $200, which combines the Signature and Luxe treatments with more advanced techniques.

Microneedling is the other main offering. The 60-minute Microneedle treatment is described as regenerative, intended to stimulate collagen and elastin production, and costs $250. It is suited to acne scarring, uneven tone, fine lines and loss of elasticity, and the spa may recommend a customized plan or a series of sessions.

Hours are limited: evenings on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 to 8 PM, and Saturdays from 10 AM to 5 PM. The spa is closed Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday. A credit card is required to reserve, and it is charged only for late cancellations or no-shows. Changes requested at least 24 hours ahead carry no fee; shorter notice incurs a 50% charge of the scheduled service, and a no-show or same-day cancellation may incur 100% of the booked service.
