Blessed Beauty Boutique brings medical aesthetics and clinical wellness together in one practice in Phoenix. It was founded by Isabella Leviyev, PA-C, who set it up to leave room for finding the root of a concern and then choosing whether to treat it medically or aesthetically.

Each appointment begins with a free consultation. In person, these run about 30 minutes with a licensed specialist, who checks skin health and discusses what the patient wants to achieve. Virtual aesthetic consultations are also complimentary and take 30 minutes. Injectables, PRP and skin tightening are performed at the office, whereas telehealth is available to Arizona patients for follow-up visits, lab result reviews, and check-ins on hormones or weight loss. Each treatment plan is tailored to the patient's lab results, objectives and personal situation, and is revisited as the patient progresses.

The aesthetic menu covers XERF skin tightening, neuromodulators, dermal fillers, facials, chemical peels, microneedling, PRP and PRF treatments, and body contouring. Neuromodulators, including Botox, Dysport, Xeomin and Daxxify, are used to soften expression lines such as the lines between the brows, forehead lines, lines beside the eyes and jaw muscle tension. The practice says it aims for natural-looking results and treatments that are not overdone.

Hormone and wellness services are part of the same practice. Bioidentical hormone therapy includes hormone therapy for women, testosterone replacement for men, and pellet therapy, and is prescribed after lab work rather than from symptoms alone. Medical weight loss starts with laboratory testing and can include GLP-1 medications, nutrition guidance and ongoing follow-up. Prescription and injectable therapies require a medical consultation, a medical necessity evaluation, a review of history and lab results, and ongoing follow-up, and they are not sold online or shipped.

Facial and skin treatments are performed by licensed estheticians, and most have little to no downtime. Payment plans are available through Cherry and PatientFi financing, and the practice accepts HSA and FSA funds and provides a superbill on request for lab work reimbursement. Memberships offer monthly savings on facials and treatments; details are available at the front desk.

Treatment starts with a consultation and an assessment rather than a fixed menu. Skin, hormones, weight and energy are considered together, and injectables, regenerative treatments and resurfacing are dosed conservatively and built up over time. Treatment can end when it is no longer needed.
