A visit starts with a consultation and a skin analysis, so the treatment can be matched to what the skin needs. Clients may then get a home care plan that pairs in-office treatments with products the business describes as dermatologist-grade.

The facial menu runs from a 30-minute LED light facial and a 25-dollar high frequency facial add-on up to a 60-minute microdermabrasion facial with a diamond-tip exfoliation, a dermaplane glow facial that removes peach fuzz, and a customized professional-grade chemical peel. Brow work covers shaping, lamination, several tint options and henna, and the menu includes a men's facial and men's brow shaping.

Booking details: a 25-dollar deposit is required for every appointment and is non-refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment carry a 50 percent fee, arriving 10 minutes late adds a 10-dollar fee, and arriving more than 15 minutes late cancels the appointment. Only the client being serviced may attend, and last-minute bookings made outside the STAR program carry a 20-dollar charge. Clients who neither cancel nor show up are blocked from future bookings.

New clients begin with the Noor Luxe Glow Facial, and add-ons are offered after the skin analysis. Patch tests are free and strongly recommended before henna or lamination, though not required; clients who skip them sign a consent form. Clients should avoid lamination, chemical peels, retinol, tretinoin and AHA products on the treatment area for at least two weeks beforehand.

Each client has a consultation and skin analysis, then receives a customized plan that can combine in-office treatments with home care products.
