Visits are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. Bookings go through the booking link on the website, and required forms are sent by email or text after booking, with intake paperwork renewed yearly. Brow and waxing visits open with a consultation on skin type, sensitivities and goals. Lash clients have a consultation before the first appointment to talk through goals, concerns and the look they want, and lash extension visits can run 1.5 to 3 hours. People with certain eye or skin conditions, sensitivities, or difficulty staying still for long periods may not be ideal lash candidates, so the studio asks them to get in touch before booking.

The studio says all its service providers are licensed, trained and certified, and it notes that North Carolina requires lash technicians to be licensed. It also offers a Lash Extensions Course for lash professionals. According to the studio, lash lift and tint results typically last six to eight weeks and brow lamination results typically last four to six weeks.

Payment is due at the time of service. Some services require a 50% or 100% deposit, which is non-refundable. Changes need 24 hours' notice, while cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, no-call no-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full scheduled amount. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. Gift certificates have no expiration date, can be used toward any service, and can be bought online and sent by email.

Services are recommended according to each client's goals, lifestyle and natural features rather than current trends. Appointments are private, one-on-one and unhurried.
