Several pedicure price points are available. The Spa Pedicure takes 35 minutes, the Deluxe Pedicure 40, the Aromatic Spa Pedicure 45, and the Signature Ginger Bay pedicure 80. With the Aromatic Spa Pedicure, clients pick a scent, with options including Green Tea Detox, Eucalyptus Energy and Ocean Refresh. Treatments use Volcano Spa and collagen products in an Ionic Pedicure Steamer, and the chairs offer massage. Every visit uses single-use liners and disposable tool kits, while reusable instruments are sanitized between guests. According to the salon, tools go through cleaning, disinfection and sterilization after each use using systems it describes as medical grade. The Royal Manicure features a paraffin wax step, and hot stone, paraffin and candle oil massages can be added to other services.

The enhancement menu covers gel and acrylic work. Options include Gel-X, builder gel, hybrid gel, liquid gel and sprinkle gel, as well as acrylic full sets and fill-ins in regular polish, gel polish, color powder, white tips, pink and white, and ombre. Dipping powder is offered in color, pink and white, and ombre, and there is a separate line of acrylic and Gel-X options with nail art. The salon describes its healthy nail enhancements as having no odor and no chemicals, and as causing no damage to natural nails. Gel polish manicures are guaranteed for five days, and dipping and enhancement services for seven days. Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.

Facial options are the Refreshing Facial (40 minutes, $50), the Noire Facial (65 minutes, $85), a deep-cleansing treatment, and the Anti-Aging Facial (80 minutes, $100), which includes vitamin C, a glycolic peel, hyaluronic acid and galvanic current. The eyelash menu includes express eyelashes, eyelash tinting, clusters, a keratin lash lift (lasting four to six weeks according to the salon), and mink lash fill-ins and full sets in individual, hybrid and volume styles. Lash removal and reset are also offered. Waxing covers the brows, lip, chin, face, underarms, arms, legs, bikini, Brazilian, chest, belly, ear and nose.

Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes before an appointment and to give 24 hours notice to cancel. Late arrivals are served for the time left at the original price. A deposit is required for couple massage, eyelash extensions, salon packages and groups of more than three. Cash and major credit cards are accepted, with a $10 card minimum and an additional 3% fee charged by the processor. Tips cannot be added on cards or checks. Gift cards can be bought online but are not refundable, exchangeable or redeemable if lost or stolen. Children must be supervised by an adult and stay seated with their parents. The salon is open Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Sunday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
