The studio was founded by Tiffany Nguyen, who came to beauty through fashion design. Its work is built around individual clients: brow designs are shaped to each face, and lash sets are customized rather than cut from one template.

A visit usually starts with the design. Eyebrows are mapped to the client's facial structure and natural brow shape before any waxing, with only unneeded hair removed. Lash extension appointments usually run 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on style, and lashes typically need a refill every 2 to 3 weeks. Permanent makeup is offered in Signature Collection and Timeless Beauty packages, and touch-up sessions are recommended for long-term results.

Plasma treatments are described as non-invasive, with no needles and no downtime. A numbing cream goes on first, and clients may feel mild heat during the session. Treated skin may flake for 3 to 7 days and redness may last up to 2 weeks. Results are described as lasting 2 to 3 years, depending on skin type, age and lifestyle.

Service deposits are non-refundable and no-shows forfeit their deposit. An appointment can be rescheduled once with 48 hours' notice. Receipts are sent by email. Clients are advised to avoid oil-based removers to make lash extensions last longer.
