The facial menu runs from a teen facial and a kids' facial for ages 11 and under to a customized facial, dermaplaning, an enzyme facial, an anti-aging facial and microneedling, with a microneedling level 2 option that adds dermaplaning. Seasonal fall facials are also listed. Add-ons include LED light treatment, and body services include ear candling, a detox sauna and a butt facial. The spa says it handpicks its products and describes its facials as using natural ingredients and newer technology.

Waxing covers everything from a nose or upper lip to a full body wax, with separate Brazilian, bikini, underarm and vajacial options. Lash services include classic and hybrid individual sets, lash removal and 50% and 75% fill appointments. Online bookings require a deposit between $2 and $30, depending on the service. Before a first facial, the spa recommends avoiding sun exposure and skincare procedures, and guests booking the detox sauna should drink plenty of water beforehand.

Clients can save with memberships, packages and bundles. Pearl Elite, a monthly membership at $149, includes one advanced facial each month along with a monthly LED or high-frequency add-on and discounts on waxing, lashes and retail. Glow, at $99 a month, includes a signature facial each month and discounts on skincare, but does not apply to waxing or lashes. The Loyalty Pass is a one-time annual payment of $99. Three-visit Brazilian wax and microneedling packages are valid for three months, and any three services can be bundled for 15% off when mentioned at checkout. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount, can be scheduled for later delivery, and are final sale.

The spa describes its facials as built on natural ingredients, newer technology and products it chooses individually, and it says its waxing uses high-quality wax and materials.
