All appointments are booked online, either through the business website or its GlossGenius booking page. A credit card is required to book and is kept on file for late and cancellation fees. Gift cards and service packages can be purchased through the booking platform. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, and approval is needed before the appointment.

Clients should arrive at their appointment time rather than early, and read the service description before booking. There is a 15-minute grace period, after which a $15 late fee applies, and clients more than 30 minutes late may not be accommodated and may be charged the full booked service. Appointments must be cancelled online at least 24 hours ahead, or a $35 late cancellation fee applies; same-day changes carry a $35 change fee. Extra guests are only allowed if they are also receiving a service. Lash extension clients are asked to arrive without makeup, eyeliner or foundation, and teeth whitening clients are asked to eat before the appointment and wait an hour after. Clients who arrive sick cannot be serviced and are charged the full booked service, so they are asked to cancel in advance. The business is open Wednesday and Thursday 10am to 8pm, Friday 9am to 8pm, and Saturday 9am to 6pm, and is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
