Noir Men's Grooming Lounge focuses on hand and foot care for men. The business presents its work as a men's health and wellness service, and describes its experience as a luxury grooming visit. It was founded by Natasha Ray after several years leading the Melrose flagship of Hammer & Nails.

Each visit starts with a consultation to screen for conditions that could rule out treatment, including open wounds. Pedicure soaks take place in copper bowls. Every service comes with a set of Noir Men's Grooming products and a complimentary drink, and a buff without polish is offered on request. The lounge does not put on or take off nail polish or gel.

Foot treatments use distinct soaks and scrubs. The Noir Foot Detox uses a charcoal-infused soak and charcoal scrub, the Tea Tree Treatment is a pedicure with a tea tree soak and scrub, and the Black Stout Foot Treatment is a longer foot service. The Noir Hydrating Combo adds a milk and herb soak and a paraffin treatment to the hand and foot services.

Hygiene practices are part of the routine. Each client gets a new basin liner, single-use nail files and buffers, and metal tools are sterilized in a heat-activated autoclave and stored in sealed pouches. Manicurists wear disposable gloves.

Noir Collection products, including scrubs and oils, are sold online and in the lounge. The Noir Rosemary + Mint Scrub is used in several treatments. The Noir Collection includes eight direct-to-consumer products.

The lounge aims to educate clients and to focus specifically on men's hand and foot grooming, with products made for men.
