Services are grouped under hair and range from a custom haircut and blowout to root touch-ups, full color, partial and full highlights, and gloss refreshes. Color corrections are offered to bring hair back to a chosen shade after a color mishap. Hair extensions can be started with a free consultation, followed by installation and move-ups priced per row.

Bookings need at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Changes made with less notice, and no-shows, are charged 40% of the booked service amount. Clients who repeatedly cancel late or no-show may be asked for a non-refundable deposit before future bookings; deposits are applied to the service total on the day. Emergencies and illnesses are handled case by case. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
