The Basic Facial is a 30-minute service that includes a double cleanse, exfoliation, toner, mask, serum, SPF and moisturizer. Longer facials run 60 minutes, and the dermaplaning facial takes 80 minutes.

The studio is open Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM, and is closed on Sundays. Its booking policies set out fees for cancellations, same-day appointments and late arrivals, and a 10-minute grace period applies before a late fee is charged.
