Booking can be done online through the website or by phone. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and without mascara, makeup or glue, and the location is sent the day before the appointment. Extra guests and children are not allowed in the room. Client information is kept confidential, and clients sign a consent form that covers expectations, outcomes and aftercare. Deposits can be sent by Zelle or Cash App and are non-refundable; an appointment is cancelled if the deposit is not received. Clients are asked to give 24 hours notice to cancel, a $20 non-refundable cancellation fee applies, and a $10 late fee is charged after 10 minutes. Appointments are cancelled after 15 minutes, and no-call, no-show clients cannot rebook. The business will travel for necessary or special circumstances for a $30 fee.
Every extension used is a Lashes & Moore product, and the studio sells classic mink extensions and pre-made volume fans. A lash bath with the salon's cleaning solution, for $10, is recommended to help mink extensions last. The business describes its mink lashes as the best available and its pricing as best value; these are its own claims.
Training is part of the business. A 1:1 mink extension certification course costs $800 and a group course costs $650, and either can be taken individually. A 45-hour state certification course is $1500. Courses include a starter kit with lash supplies, an exam, ongoing lash support and certification. Training requires a live model application and a $200 deposit, which is non-refundable, and payment arrangements are possible. Topics include lash growth patterns, extension types, consultation, health and sanitation, choosing styles by face and eye shape, and classic and hybrid application. The studio also offers Brazilian wax and full body wax training.
Lash care is built around regular fill-ins every two to three weeks, a new set when lashes fall below 60% fullness, and a lash bath to help mink extensions last.
