The menu is grouped into color, hair and packages. Color covers a quick express highlight option, root touch-ups and base color, partial and full highlights, and combinations of these with a blowout or haircut. Corrections and fantasy color begin with a consultation, and pricing for that work varies.

Hair services include haircuts, blowouts, a glossing treatment that adds luster and refreshes color, a conditioning add-on, and a Brazilian blowout that adds a protein layer to reduce frizz, lasting up to twelve weeks. Most color and cut visits include a shampoo with scalp massage and styling.

Booking requires a credit card on file, and some services take a deposit that goes toward the service. Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice carries a 20% fee, a no-show is charged 50%, and appointments cancelled because a client arrives more than 15 minutes late are subject to a fee. Clients may take one to two business days to get a reply to a message or text. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval before the appointment.
