The stylist looks at hair type, how much upkeep the client wants, face shape, skin tone and hair undertone before recommending a service, so the suggestion fits the person rather than a standard menu.

The color menu covers all-over solid color, root touch-ups that darken roots or cover gray, partial foil for subtle dimension, full foil for corrective or brightening work, and platinum card for a bright blonde. Haircuts and a style are included with the color services. Blowouts can be done in waves, straight or curls, and there are dry styling, braiding and smoothing options. Extensions include tape-ins, wefts and fusions, with the cost of hair quoted at consultation. Express options are available for existing clients who need a root touch-up, a quick face frame foil or a dry haircut.

Prices are starting points and can change with hair amount, length and time. Children's haircuts are priced the same as adult cuts with the chosen stylist. A credit card processing fee applies, and paying cash avoids it. Extra bowls of color, and lightener or toner used beyond the standard, are charged separately. Appointments need to be cancelled or moved at least 48 hours ahead to avoid a $50 late change fee, and no-shows are charged the full cost of the booked service. New extensions clients book a first appointment by text or phone.
