On the hair side, the salon offers cuts for women, men and children up to age 12, and a broad color menu that includes all-over color, root touch-ups, full and partial balayage, highlights, lowlights, glazes and corrective color. Men's color is offered for root touch-ups, full color and blending grays. A color consultation is available to talk through the desired look and map out a color plan. Treatments include keratin, perm, Nano Plastia, Metal Detox, Fusio Dose, deep conditioning and Absolute Repair Molecular, and extensions are offered by K-Tip per strand and by weft in 16, 20 and 24 inch lengths, with consultation, installation, maintenance, move-ups and removal.

Skin services include HydraFacials in Signature, Deluxe and Platinum versions, with LED therapy available as an add-on to the Platinum facial. The site describes HydraFacials as non-invasive with no downtime. Signature facials address acne, anti-aging with retinol, brightening and tightening, enzyme clarifying and even tone. Zero downtime glycolic peels come in several versions, and the acne resurfacing peel is typically a series of six to ten sessions. Waxing covers the face, arms, legs, underarms, back, chest, stomach and bikini areas, with separate men's options for many of them, and threading covers the brows, lip, chin, cheeks, nose, forehead, sideburns, neck and full face.

Manicures and pedicures come in essential, signature, gel and Escape to Paradise versions, with a sport pedicure also offered. Nail enhancements include a gel builder, ombre and pink and white dip powder, and SNS Dipping Powder with or without extensions. Bridal packages begin with a free quote and consultation, booked by phone or email. Appointments can be booked online, and series packages and gift cards can also be bought online.

The salon says it puts client well-being first and tailors each service to the individual. Tools, equipment and workstations are disinfected between clients following state cosmetology regulations. Clients are asked to disclose allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions or infections before a service and to reschedule if contagious symptoms are present. Service corrections are complimentary if requested within 7 days of the original appointment and relate to that service. Changes of preference are not covered, and no refunds are issued for completed services. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice, and a 20% no-show fee may be charged to the card on file for missed appointments or late cancellations.
