The practice's two physician-created programs are MenDurance for men and EmpowHer for women. Each combines diagnostic testing, peptides, hormone therapy and regenerative care. MenDurance starts with a workup of more than 100 biomarkers, including advanced cardiovascular and vascular testing. EmpowHer is tailored for perimenopause, menopause or both, and begins with deep diagnostic panels followed by a customized peptide plan and bioidentical therapy. Hormone therapy can be given as pellets, cream or injection, chosen by need and preference. Women do not need to stop birth control for EmpowHer, and contraception is discussed at consultation. The practice describes both programs as proprietary and not offered at any other practice. MenDurance is generally not covered by insurance, and financing is available.
