The two founding doctors oversee day-to-day operations and also perform treatments when a patient asks for them. Patients can choose nonsurgical treatments on their own or combine them with plastic surgery as part of a broader plan. Body contouring packages are put together by a registered nurse or plastic surgeon, based on fat amount, skin quality, body shape, measurements and the result the patient wants. The body contouring devices include UltraShape Power, VelaShape III and Vanquish, with ThermiSmooth for skin tightening and manual lymphatic drainage, a massage technique that the business says can help reduce swelling and improve circulation.
