A visit starts with a conversation about your goals, followed by a comprehensive exam and a personalized treatment plan. A free consultation is offered. Clients receive written pre-treatment instructions and post-care tips, and follow-up appointments are scheduled as needed. Most treatments take about 30 to 60 minutes, and some involve minimal downtime. Guests are offered a bromelain-infused pineapple drink on arrival, and pineapple juice is served during appointments, which the business says helps with recovery and swelling. Warm blankets are available during treatments, and there is a kids' play area for clients with children.
