Prices and appointment lengths are listed for each service, and the salon is open Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10 AM to 6 PM.

Color is the largest part of the menu, ranging from a 30-minute toner and mini foil highlights to full balayage or ombre, base color with foil, global lightening and color correction. Longer color services can run several hours, so the salon asks for a $100 non-refundable deposit on any color appointment expected to last more than three hours.

Extensions are offered by the hour using tape-in, fusion and I-tip methods. A free 15-minute extension consultation covers the types, brands, costs and upkeep of extensions, and new clients booking extensions pay a $50 deposit.

Booking policies are set out clearly. Cancellations and no-shows within 12 hours are charged a 50% fee, and clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
