Color is customized after Nicole assesses a client's current hair and goals. A haircut with service is $100 when booked alongside color or extensions, and a standalone haircut and style, including blowdry, is $150.
Extensions are installed per appointment, and new clients begin with a consultation. Every new install includes a haircut. Complimentary phone consultations are available for extensions and color before a visit. Extension aftercare suggests brushing the hair at least twice daily, using a clear serum or oil on the ends, avoiding sleeping with wet hair, chlorinated pools, sulfate or paraben products, and purple shampoo, and returning every six to eight weeks to tighten and refresh the extensions.
Booking requires a non-refundable deposit: $100 to secure a color appointment and $500 to secure a new extension install, both applied to the service on the day. Cancellations need 72 hours notice; a cancellation with less than 72 hours notice is charged 50 percent of the scheduled service, and under 24 hours is charged 100 percent. Clients arriving 15 or more minutes late may need to reschedule or change their appointment, and the cancellation policy applies.
Color is tailored to each client after an assessment of their current hair and goals, and extension clients start with a free phone consultation.
The Muse suite is described as a safe, lighthearted space with good energy and plenty of humor.
