Appointments and consultations can be booked by phone or text. A consultation is required before any color removal. Before a procedure, clients are asked to avoid alcohol for 24 hours, skip blood thinners and aspirin, skip caffeine that morning, and arrive with clean skin and no makeup. Topical numbing cream is used to reduce discomfort during the procedure.
The studio works with pigments from the USA, Germany and Russia that are formulated for permanent makeup, and it provides an aftercare ointment. For about two weeks after brow work, clients avoid retinol, AHA, BHA and other exfoliating products around the brows. Permanent makeup typically lasts one to three years, and touch-ups are recommended every 12 to 18 months.
The studio describes its approach as focused on skin safety, facial harmony and a polished result, and says it follows strict hygiene and safety standards for every procedure.
