Lash extensions come in classic sets, where one synthetic silk extension is placed on each natural lash, and in volume sets, which fan two to six dimensional lashes onto one natural lash. Mega-volume sets use lighter lashes fanned up to 16D and suit a fuller look, while mixed or hybrid sets combine classic and volume lashes for a wispy finish. Sets come in light (about 50% coverage), regular (about 75%) and full (about 90 to 100%). Appointments take from one to two and a half hours depending on the style. Extensions follow the natural lash cycle of about four to six weeks, and fills are generally needed every two to four weeks. A fill is only offered on a set five weeks old or less with at least 30% of lashes remaining; older or sparser sets are charged as new sets. Clients who wear eye makeup, or who have oil or buildup on their lashes, are asked to come in with clean lashes, and a cleaning charge applies otherwise. Lash lifts use a chemical process to curl natural lashes and are suggested every four to six weeks.

Brow services include microblading, 3D hairstrokes, nano hairstrokes, powder brows and microshading or combo brows. A brow procedure starts with a consultation and takes about two and a half hours in total, including two topical numbing sessions with a cream and a gel. The procedure itself runs one to one and a half hours, and the work does not proceed until the client is happy with the shape. Semi-permanent brow color is estimated to last one to five years, with an annual retouch recommended, and brows generally heal within about a week during which color can fade substantially. Color correction or shape correction for brows done elsewhere is also offered, starting with a consultation. Lip and eyeliner cosmetic tattoos are offered as well. Lip work may need two or three sessions, and clients with a history of cold sores should check with their physician first.

Facials use the Repechage seaweed-based skin care line. Every facial includes a consultation, and the customized facial builds a routine around the individual client. The salon recommends booking facials monthly to keep a routine going. The menu ranges from a 30 minute Express Facial and a 45 minute Mini Facial to hour-plus facials for dry skin, for acne and oily skin, for brightening, and for firming, with add-ons such as extractions, microdermabrasion, glycolic peel and enzymatic micropeel. Body and facial waxing and manicures and pedicures are also offered. N Ü Nails at 2826 S White Road handles the nail services and keeps longer hours.

Booking requires a deposit: $25 for lash and facial appointments, $50 for brow retouches and $100 for semi-permanent makeup. Deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable but are credited to the service. Rescheduling is possible up to three times with at least 72 hours notice, and is done online with the same email used to book. Clients have a 10-minute grace period. Booking online is not a confirmation until the deposit is received. Venmo, Apple Pay and cards are accepted, and cash payers receive a small discount. The studio also runs lash training: a one or two day classic or volume course at $899 each, or a combined course at $1599, with certification, a starter kit and lunch included. Training requires a $500 nonrefundable deposit and enrollment is arranged by email.
