The facial menu ranges from a 35-minute Quick Spritz cleanse to a 70-minute Signature Glow Facial. The Glow Facial is a multi-step botanical treatment with a double cleanse, exfoliation, massage, mask, serums, moisturizer and SPF, and it can include extractions, warm aromatherapy towels and optional crystals. The Pro Cell Therapy Facial uses microchanneling with micro-needles to make small micro-injuries that the studio says prompt collagen production. The studio calls it its most popular service, and results build over several sessions. The Happy Peel combines 5% lactic acid, 2% salicylic acid and retinol and is designed to be paired with dermaplaning; the studio describes it as the first of its kind.

Waxing covers the face, lip and brows, arms, legs, underarms, back, chest, bikini and intimate areas, and a hydrojelly mask can be added for sensitive skin. Youth brow waxing is for ages 14 and under with a parent present, and the Teenage Fever session is a 45-minute skin care education visit for ages 12 to 16. Clients can drop in to shop or pick up products, or text ahead so staff can gather their cart. A service dog in training works at the studio, and clients are asked not to encourage him. In person, Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Memberships and gift cards are also offered.

The studio aims for a holistic, professional approach, using Sorella Apothecary products and offering treatments for men and women alike.
