Memberships are a large part of how the spa is organized. Bronze is listed at $40 a month or $440 a year on a one-year commitment, with a $99 fee to cancel within 12 months. Silver is $70 a month or $840 a year and includes one 60-minute massage a month. Gold is $150 a month or $1,650 a year and includes one treatment a month from a hydroxy, Korean, IPL, microneedling or chemical peel option. Platinum is $250 a month or $3,000 a year and includes two face and body combo treatments a month. Member perks include discounts on injections, laser, lashes and retail products, and membership sessions include an eye steam mask and hot towels on request. Botox and Dysport are listed at $9.50 per unit for new clients, and the spa describes its prices as low. Financing is available through Affirm, with four interest-free installments over six weeks and no hard credit check, according to the site.

Before a facial, clients are asked to avoid heavy alcohol for a day or two, avoid oily foods for two days and stop retinoid skincare for three days. Clients should wait two weeks after Botox or fillers before a facial. Hydroxy facial clients who take isotretinoin must stop it for six months unless a clinician clears them. After a facial, clients are advised to stay out of the sun for the rest of the day and to avoid hot showers and saunas for 72 hours. Dermaplaning aftercare suggests skipping makeup for 24 hours and avoiding retinol or glycolic acid for at least a week, and other facials should wait two weeks after dermaplaning.
