The studio works with men, women and children from San Jose, the wider Bay Area and nearby cities, and some clients travel in from other parts of the country. Hair systems are designed around each client's lifestyle, budget and hair needs, and custom pieces can be built in any length, color, style or texture, from the base through to the color. Options include CRLAB 3D, Hairskeen and Virtual Reality restoration systems, Virtuesse pieces and both human hair and synthetic wigs.

A visit usually begins with a free consultation, which is one-on-one and confidential, held at the studio or over Zoom, and the business says it involves no sales pressure. A Trichology Practitioner works on site, and a free scalp analysis by a certified trichologist is offered with limited appointments. Scalp treatments start with a scalp and follicle evaluation by a partner, after which a protocol is recommended. The Capilia Head First program is individualized after trichological testing and combines take-home lotions, shampoos and conditioners with in-salon treatments. Laser hair growth therapy uses in-studio and take-home devices, and HairMax laser hair therapy is available for home use.

Medical spa services are offered in partnership with Persimmon and include hair follicle regeneration, which uses a small blood sample to concentrate platelets for application to the scalp, where results vary and may take several sessions. Botox and SmartTox are both FDA-approved, last roughly three to four months, and each session includes a free consultation. Chemical peels come in Vitalize for beginners and Rejuvenize for deeper treatment, with three sessions about four to six weeks apart recommended. The studio is open Monday from 9am to 4pm, Tuesday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, and Saturday from 9am to 4pm, and is closed on Sundays. CareCredit offers 0% APR promotional financing for 6 or 12 months on purchases over $200, with longer fixed-payment plans from a starting APR of 29.99%, and Cherry offers up to $7,500 with promotional 0% APR subject to approval.

Plans are built around each client rather than one standard program, with the aim of preserving existing hair while addressing hair loss.
