Rather than one in-house team, the studio is a group of independent artists who share a similar outlook, with the aim of giving each client a distinct salon visit.

To book, you choose an artist on the booking page, which links to that artist's own booking site, so reservation and cancellation terms can differ from one artist to the next. New clients can complete an online form, and an artist contacts them within 24 hours to schedule a first visit.

The salon is open Monday through Saturday, with hours of 9 to 2 on Monday, 9 to 6 on Tuesday, 9 to 8 on Wednesday and Thursday, 9 to 5 on Friday, and 8 to 4 on Saturday. The salon no longer sells gift cards; each artist offers their own through their website. The studio can be reached at info@newleafhairstudio.com.
