Clients can book online with the reserve button for each location, or call Tampa Palms at 813-979-0760 or South Shore at 813-741-1177. A short online quiz matches clients with a stylist based on personality and style. Clients are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early and to silence phones on entering. Children may come in but must be accompanied and watched by an adult in the reception seating area, and only guests receiving hair services enter the hair-cutting area.

Every appointment needs a credit card to secure it. Color appointments require a $50 deposit, which is applied to the service on the day. Cancelling a color appointment with 48 hours' notice returns the full deposit. Reschedules need 48 hours' notice, and later cancellations may be charged 50% of the service fee. Straightener appointments must be secured with a major credit card or a New Identities gift certificate. Clients more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. Gift cards can be bought at either location.

Prices are listed as starting points and vary with the stylist's level of demand, the complexity of the service, and the hair's length and condition. Color prices do not include a haircut. Haircut prices cover consultation, shampoo, scalp massage, cut, blow-dry and style. Corrective color is quoted after a consultation, and consultations are complimentary. Hair extension consultations are complimentary and are arranged by phone. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Bridal services include up-dos, make-up application, shampoo and blow dry, and bridal trial runs, which cost the same as the wedding-day service and are best done within two weeks of the wedding; they can include the accessories planned for the day. On-location service is available on request for weddings, beach weddings, photo shoots, fashion shows and other events. Bridal pricing depends on party size and is given on inquiry; on-location pricing depends on the number of stylists, the day, the distance and availability, and should be requested well in advance. Listed hours are Monday noon to 8 PM, Thursday 10 AM to 8 PM, Friday 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM, with Sunday closed. The salon is hiring stylists at both locations.
