Visits combine personalized hair services with wellness touches. Every hair service includes a consultation, a shampoo and a conditioning scalp massage. Complimentary extras include a shampoo and conditioner, a massage, an Aveda cooling oil hot towel and a shampoo bowl treatment, and guests can have tea, coffee, or red or white wine. A matchmaking quiz pairs guests with their top three artists in under five minutes. For guests who want more privacy or a quieter setting, there is a private station that is not bookable online; it is reserved by calling the front desk or texting.
The salon states that it is 100% vegan. Its color line is Aveda Full Spectrum Hair Color, which the salon describes as 97% naturally derived and infused with plant oils such as sunflower, castor and jojoba. Its Deposit-Only Color Treatment is described as 99% naturally derived and lasting up to eight weeks, according to the salon. Plant-based treatments include a demineralizing treatment for frequent swimmers and hard water buildup, a bond-building treatment, a scalp treatment and a hydrating hot oil treatment.
VoMor extensions are made from cuticle-intact Remy hair in 35 colors aligned with the Aveda color wheel, and are exclusively available through Aveda network salons. A complimentary consultation comes before any application, and a licensed stylist must apply and remove them. Hand-tied extensions come in 14, 18 and 22 inch lengths, and tape-in extensions in 14, 16 and 20 inch lengths. Tinsel extensions are offered in a range of colors. According to the salon, VoMor extensions last six to eight weeks with proper care and can be reused for up to a year with reconditioning.
Reservations require a credit card on file. Appointments of 2.5 hours or more need a 50% deposit to hold the time. Changes need 24 hours' notice, cancelling within 24 hours costs 50% of the service, and a missed appointment without notice is charged in full. Credit card payments carry a 3% surcharge; debit, cash and prepaid cards do not. Prices are set at consultation and vary by stylist experience level, service, time, hair length and thickness, and listed prices are base rates. Hours are Monday 10 AM to 6 PM, Tuesday through Friday 9 AM to 8 PM except Wednesday 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 7 PM, and closed Sunday. The phone number is (813) 972-0404.
