The business says its aim is to help women feel confident and express their beauty through their lashes. Every set is customized to the client and built with hand-crafted fans. Classic sets give a natural look with a little extra fullness and are suited to first-time clients. YY sets look natural with a moderate amount of fullness. Hybrid sets fall between a natural and a dramatic look and can be tailored. Volume sets give a full, dark look, and mega volume is the most dramatic style on the menu. Natural brown versions are offered in classic, hybrid, YY, volume and mega volume styles.

Fills are booked by the number of weeks since the last set. Transfer fills from another provider are accepted if at least 40% of the previous set remains; otherwise the visit is treated as a full set, so clients booking a transfer are asked to send a photo beforehand. Any fill booked after 4 weeks is also treated as a full set. Full sets require a deposit between $50 and $85 depending on the set, and some deposits are required for new clients.

Brow services include tinting, lamination, a combined tint and lamination, and brow extensions. The extensions use remy hair, are shaped to each client's brows and are color matched. A brow era package combines a brow wax, tint and lamination. Waxing covers brows, chin, lip, underarms, bikini and legs. Add-ons include colored lashes, glitter lashes, lash wash kits and lash removal, plus hair feathers, a Y2K-style accent that can be mixed in several colors.

A 60-minute in-person consultation is offered at no charge to go over questions and lash styles. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person and for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

The studio customizes each lash set to the client and builds it with hand-crafted fans.
