Sets are planned around the look a client wants, their eye shape and their face contour. Options range from intro express half sets, which place lashes on every second to fourth natural lash for a softer result, to classic, hybrid and volume full sets. The hybrid set mixes classic and volume lashes for more fullness than a classic set without the density of a volume set. The volume set uses lighter, fluffier fans and suits clients with sparse lashes or bald spots. Bottom lash extensions and bottom tint are also available.

Fills are booked on a schedule. A mini one-week fill must be booked within 7 days of the last fill, a two-week LED fill within 14 days, and a three-week LED fill within three weeks. Each fill requires that a set share of the existing lashes remain, otherwise the price goes up. Clients who have lashes from another studio can ask about a transfer fill, which requires sending a photo first; not all prior work can be filled, and some may need a full set instead.

Lash lifts and tints, brow lamination and brow sculpting are offered alongside the extension menu. Cheek and chin waxing use hard wax, which the business says reduces discomfort on sensitive facial skin. Reschedules are made by text or phone. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours are charged the full appointment amount to the card on file. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The business states it is a fully licensed facility.
