A visit usually starts with a consultation, either in person or virtually, with a one-hour session with Jessica or Lara. The consultation package includes 12 months of skin coaching, bi-weekly progress check-ins, routine updates and product recommendations. Virtual clients are asked to come with a clean face, the products they use and written goals. A $100 product credit is given on the consultation day, and a $100 in-office treatment credit is offered to Massachusetts residents. The salon is open Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 6pm, Friday from 8:30am to 4pm and Saturday from 7am to 2pm.

Clients can book single appointments, group appointments for friends and family, memberships or gift cards. Memberships run as six-month plans personalized by the provider, and a la carte treatments remain available with no commitment. A loyalty program also rewards repeat facial clients without requiring a membership.

Blends advanced aesthetic treatments, personalized skincare and client education, with each plan built after learning about the client's concerns, lifestyle and goals.
