The salon has been providing services since 2009 and operates two salons: one at 8910 Main St E in Bonney Lake and one at 16009 60th Street E, Suite C, in Sumner, which sits within Windmill Gardens. The salon describes its team of service providers as one of a kind and its services as high end in quality.

The Bonney Lake salon offers haircuts, color, Brazilian blowouts, perms and special occasion hair. The Sumner salon offers the same hair services and adds hand tied extensions, lash extensions and some facial waxing. The salon suites at 8804 Main St E in Bonney Lake are each run by an individual artist. The suites house three hairstylists, a barber, a lash and wax specialist and a nail technician. The upstairs suites at the Sumner location are leased by the Buckholtz Brothers, who are tattoo artists.

Clients book through Vagaro or through an individual stylist's booking link. Each stylist manages their own schedule, prices and appointments, so hours vary by person. Cancellations need 24 hours notice to the service provider, fees may apply for last-minute cancellations, and some service providers at the Sumner salon require a deposit. The Bonney Lake location also retails Loma, Amika and Moroccan Oil products.
