Never Settle Lifestyle is a virtual wellness practice founded and run by Kim Shambaugh. The business describes itself as Cleveland, Ohio's first nervous system-based wellness studio. Its work spans nutrition, skincare, energy work and mind-body guiding, and it is offered in person at the Tremont location or virtually.

The practice is built on the idea that lasting change comes from supporting the body's own systems and helping the person reconnect with themselves. Clients usually begin with a free 45-minute strategy session by Zoom. Booking requires a credit card, which is not charged unless a cancellation fee applies; a $40 fee applies to no-shows. Appointments are by appointment only, Wednesday through Friday. Guided one-on-one sessions run 45 or 90 minutes and cover nutrition or life guidance, guided breathwork, meditation, EFT tapping and Reiki.

The longer-term option is a virtual one-on-one Nutrition and Lifestyle Transformation program with a 12-week minimum. Lifetime access to the program begins after six months. The business also offers an on-demand virtual studio with breathwork and meditations, access to past NSL LIVE trainings, eGift cards, and bookable speaking events, workshops, retreats, podcast appearances and corporate wellness trainings through its contact page.
