Kim Shambaugh is the owner and founder of Never Settle Lifestyle, and she has nearly two decades of clinical practice behind her work. She is a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner through the American Association of Natural Wellness Practitioners and a Certified Nutrition Specialist through Precision Nutrition. She is also a Licensed Master Esthetician in Ohio and North Carolina.
Her training includes nutrition, bioenergetics, somatic healing and skin health. She is a Certified Reiki Master Teacher, a Biofield Practitioner, a Certified Mindset and Somatic Practitioner, and holds a Musical Breathwork Certification. She is also a Functional Fitness Professional, CrossFit Level 1 Certified.
She works with people who want to understand their bodies and build results that last.
