Nerdium is organized around the science of skincare. Treatments are chosen for the mechanism they are meant to change rather than for the name of the facial, and corrective work is usually planned as a series, with each next step adjusted to how the skin responds.

New clients begin with New Client x Nerdium, which includes a full skin analysis, a treatment matched to the findings and a home routine. This visit is required before any advanced corrective service. Maintenance options include The Signature Facial, a customized maintenance facial, and The Signature Sculpt & Smooth, which adds lifting, sculpting and facial massage. For shorter visits, The Glow Getter and The Gent's Revival are express treatments that combine exfoliation, hydration and cleanup.

Advanced corrective treatments, The Glow Factor, Reverse & Resurface Peel and Microneedling, may draw on growth-factor-based regenerative treatments, chemical resurfacing, microneedling or a planned series. They are aimed at visible aging, texture, pigmentation and acne scarring. Before these treatments, the owner talks with clients about realistic change, downtime and the number of sessions likely to be needed.

Outside the treatment room, Nerdium offers speaking at keynotes, breakouts, panels, podcasts and manufacturer education days, along with contract education such as curriculum design, fact checking, brainstorming sessions and scientific validation. The Nerdium Library, a planned collection of recorded classes, guides and reference sheets, is listed as coming soon in 2026.

Stay SkInformed is a monthly subscription at $7.99 that breaks down one peer-reviewed study each issue, covering the mechanism, sample size, limitations and what the findings mean for treatment practice. Merchandise includes hats, hoodies, sweatshirts, crop tops, a beanie, coasters and a makeup brush. Items are made to order after purchase, so delivery takes longer.

Treatments are selected by the mechanism they target, and corrective care is planned as a sequence that responds to how each client's skin changes.
