Services are grouped into color, haircuts, styling, perms, treatments and consultations. Color runs from toners and root retouches to hand-painted balayage and foilyage, full and partial highlights, lighten-and-tone services, and vivid creative color. Color correction is quoted after a consultation and may take several sessions. A free consultation covers goals, hair health and a personal plan before a visit.

Haircuts include a shampoo, a customized cut and a blow dry, starting at $75. A higher-priced Ultimate Glow Up cut adds a conditioning treatment and a 10-minute scalp massage. Short-cut clients can book a quick clean-up around the ears, neckline and edges. Children 12 and under can book a haircut designed for neurodivergent and sensory-sensitive children and for children new to the salon. Parents are asked to message the salon about their child's needs before the appointment, and the children's area lighting can be turned off on request.

The salon is open Monday 10 AM to 8 PM, Tuesday 12 PM to 8 PM, Wednesday 11 AM to 7 PM, Friday 10 AM to 8 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Thursdays and Sundays. A 50% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Refunds are not given. Guests unhappy with a service are asked to contact their provider directly for an adjustment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 or $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Visits start with a personalized plan built around each guest's goals and hair health, and the studio is set up for neurodivergent and sensory-sensitive guests.
