NEM Magic & Meditation

NEM Magic & Meditation is built around Natural Energy Maintenance (NEM), a naturopathic healing system founded by Sahias Unkudu, who also created the Esolé therapy approach and the Shebakta Guided Meditation method. The business is located in the Chosewood area of Atlanta and is also called NEM Magical Massage & Meditation on some pages.

Esolé massage combines massage with full-body assisted stretching, acupressure, energy work and guided breathwork. The founder first developed the method in 2019 under the name Esolé massage, and it is now called Esolé therapy. Sessions are customized to each client's needs and goals, and the therapy can be booked in 60, 90, 120 or 180-minute lengths. Esolé Sports Massage is designed for athletes and active people, including runners, dancers and yogis, and can include optional guided meditation or lymphatic drainage as add-ons. Esolé Lymphatic Drainage Massage, offered in 90 and 120-minute sessions, pairs lymphatic drainage with full-body stretching, breathing exercises and acupressure.

Shebakta Guided Meditation is offered on its own or as an add-on, and is led by the founder. The Shebakta-ben ritual pairs an interactive worksheet with a guided meditation. Esolé MSM (Moving Stretch Meditation) combines stretching, guided meditation and movement, and is available as individual sessions, group classes and corporate wellness programs. The corporate program includes Esolé therapy sessions, meditation workshops and MSM classes for employees, with table and chair options, and can be tailored to a company's schedule and wellness goals. A corporate client listed on the site is Atlanta Heights Charter School.

Couples can reserve side-by-side Esolé sessions, and the website features testimonials from clients of the Couples Esolé Massage. According to the salon, spotatlanta.com placed this service among the top couples massages in Atlanta. The salon describes itself as a 5-star-rated massage therapy provider in Atlanta and reports a 5.0 rating on Google, Yelp and Facebook. It has also been featured on assorted television shows, per the salon.

Clients may undress as much or as little as they choose, and therapists use draping. Clients can also name areas they are not comfortable having touched. Therapists may decline to treat a client or part of the body with just and reasonable cause. The services are not a substitute for traditional medical treatment or medication, and therapists do not diagnose or prescribe. Most services are not regulated by the Georgia Board of Massage Therapy. Gift cards are sold online for set amounts or custom amounts.
