Sahias Unkudu is the founder and lead practitioner of NEM Magic & Meditation. He developed Natural Energy Maintenance, a naturopathic healing system, and created Esolé therapy and Shebakta Guided Meditation. He is an Alternative Healer.
He leads Shebakta Guided Meditation sessions, serving as the guide for the method, and he leads Esolé MSM (Moving Stretch Meditation) sessions and classes. He also develops Esolé Lymphatic Drainage Massage sessions. He is professionally trained in advanced sports and holistic therapies and instructs in holistic fitness.
