Color is a large part of the menu, from base and all-over color and balayage to bleach and tone for regrowth retouches. The salon uses Olaplex and Aveda products, including an Aveda custom color gloss. Its color formula is described as ammonia-free and built on natural PPD. During color lifting it offers a Hydro-Lift process, which the salon says it created. Free consultations are offered before color services, and color correction and fashion color consultations are available for clients who want to plan a change first.

Straightening options include Power Keratin Blowout, Brazilian Blowout, a non-chemical Magic Sleek treatment, Japanese straightening and a non-toxic straightening treatment. Lazy Easy treatments come in Power Keratin, Brazilian+ and Non Toxic types, which the salon says last about two to six months depending on type and hair. The salon describes its straightening treatments as non-toxic and based on a hydrolyzing formula. First-time clients booking a Brazilian Blowout need a consultation before the service.

Parking options include two hours free at nearby Beverly Hills city lots, valet at Saks Fifth Avenue, and metered street parking nearby. Wilshire Boulevard parking is free on Sundays only. A credit card on file is required to book any service. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice, and same-day cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows are charged the full service amount. Late arrivals may be shortened or need to be rebooked. Haircut and color clients who want an adjustment should contact the salon within seven days.
