Hair is included in most styles. Clients can also bring their own hair, and the price stays the same either way. Crochet and passion or spring twist prices do not include hair. Prices for box braids, knotless braids and twists depend on the size of the braids, from jumbo up to small, and on the style chosen.

Locks and sisterlocks pricing can change with how much hair has grown. The salon offers consultations, retwists, retie visits and installations for sisterlocks and microlocks, along with starter locks and interlocking starter locks for new locs.

Appointments are booked through the online form. A $20 late fee applies if a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, and an appointment can be canceled if a client is 30 minutes late, in which case a new booking is needed. The salon says it offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
