The studio says healthy hair is the foundation of every service and describes its work as intentional, polished and rooted in care for hair health. It says its results aim to be refined and high-impact while protecting hair strength and long-term health. The portfolio shows examples of single process color, balayage, micro highlighting, bob haircuts and men's fades.
Consultations start at $20 for 20 minutes. New clients pay a deposit when booking, ranging from $13 to $223 depending on the service, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Clients with a package book services as usual and credits apply automatically at checkout. Only one guest may accompany a client to an appointment.
Clients with extra-long hair or added services should say so at booking. An extra $45 applies if hair passes mid-back or is exceptionally thick. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 12 hours' notice, and a 3.5% processing fee applies to credit card payments. Color or chemical concerns should be raised within 72 hours so an adjustment can be scheduled, and complimentary adjustments cover only the look agreed on at the consultation.
