Neha Gupta founded the business independently after gaining experience at several other salons, and she attracted clients from the outset. Gupta has been a presence in Baltimore for more than 18 years. The spa was officially opened in March 2013 by the Mayor of Baltimore. The Pikesville site measures more than 6,000 square feet.

Visits begin in a lobby with a fireplace. Guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes early, change into a robe and slippers, and complete any paperwork there, while herbal teas and fruit-infused waters are offered. Treatment rooms are used for facials, massages and body treatments. The Vichy shower room hosts a body treatment that starts with a full exfoliation using custom organic scrub blends, followed by a seaweed, clay or mud mask rinsed with warm water from eight shower heads. The spa says it is one of only three spas within 75 miles with a Vichy shower room. A 60-minute Vichy shower hydrotherapy session is $110, and an 80-minute session is $140.

Facials run from a 30-minute On The Go Facial at $50 to a 75-minute HydraFacial at $249 or a 90-minute version at $299. Options include treatments for acne, acne scars or marks, open pores, hyperpigmentation, under-eye dark circles, anti-aging, and dermaplaning. Massage choices range from a light Swedish-style Elemental Relaxation Massage at $105 to Muscle Melt at $170 to $210. Hair services include cuts, styling, coloring, straightening and perms, with styling prices given as starting points and a complimentary consultation setting the final price. Nail care covers classic, organic, hot oil and spa manicures and pedicures, plus gel polish and acrylic sets.

Booking requires prepayment. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours notice for a single service and 48 hours for two or more, and cancellations or no-shows with less notice are charged the full service cost. Cancellations are accepted by phone or text, not email. A late arrival may shorten the service, and the full price still applies if other appointments follow. A 20% gratuity is added to all spa services. Spa parties suit groups of 5 to 10 and need at least 4 weeks notice, a 50% non-refundable deposit and full payment at least 2 weeks ahead. Guests more than 10 minutes late to a spa party are treated as no-shows, and parties may bring snacks but not alcohol. Children are allowed only while a guest is receiving a service, and children under 12 may not accompany a guest who is having one. Pikesville is open Monday to Wednesday 10am to 7pm, Thursday and Friday 10am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 6pm and Sunday 11am to 5pm.
