Scalp care is a separate focus. The Scalp Refresh Ritual is a 60-minute visit with gentle exfoliation, an aromatherapy oil infusion, a hot towel wrap and a blow-dry. The Crown Ritual is a 90-minute scalp detox that adds steam therapy, a hydration masque, aromatherapy and sound healing. Scalp rituals include a cleansing treatment and blow-dry only, so haircuts are booked separately.
The Gloss & Glow Club charges $99 a month for a 60-minute visit. Each month a member gets one gloss and a luxury blowout, plus either a scalp detox or a hydration treatment, along with 10% off retail, which the salon puts at a value of $200 or more. The plan runs for a minimum of 3 months and cannot be transferred to someone else. A visit left unbooked is forfeited, except when it is moved to another date within that same billing period. After the minimum period ends, members may cancel on 30 days' notice or pause the membership once per year. Each visit is tailored to the client's hair type, texture and desired finish.
Styling products are from Areté, which the brand says are made with 99% organic, natural or naturally derived ingredients and carry Leaping Bunny and Butterfly Mark certification. The salon describes its products as clean and non-toxic.
Booking is requested online and confirmed by message, and clients can describe their hair goals when they book. Cancellations need 48 hours notice, and late arrivals may result in a shortened service. Satisfaction adjustments are available within 7 days. Cards, cash and Venmo are accepted for gratuities, and unopened products can be returned within 14 days; opened or used products cannot be returned, and refunds in cash or credit are not offered.
