Visits can take place in the office or virtually, and concierge house calls can be arranged at a patient's home, a hotel or their office, with mornings, evenings, weekends or after-hours times possible when scheduling allows. Concierge pricing is set for each visit based on location, timing and type of care, and a quote is given before booking.

Medical dermatology covers evaluation and management of skin, hair and nail conditions for all ages, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, rashes, warts and pediatric skin concerns. Urgent concerns can be seen the same day or the next day when possible, and treatments can sometimes be done on the same day as a consultation. Patients may bring their current skincare products to any appointment for review. The practice also carries a selection of cosmeceutical skincare alongside prescription options such as tretinoin, topical antibiotics and custom compounded formulas.

Cosmetic treatments include neuromodulators, several dermal fillers, biostimulation, laser and energy-based treatments, microneedling and skin tightening. According to the practice, its cosmetic treatments are the latest and most efficacious available, and it says its board-certified expertise covers routine screenings through management of complex chronic conditions. Weight management is handled with physician-guided GLP-1 therapy for adults, beginning with a consultation, lab work and a personalized starting dose that is reviewed monthly and adjusted as needed. The practice says patients below the traditional BMI threshold may still qualify.

Standard appointments require a $100 deposit at booking, which is applied toward the visit, and at least 48 business hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. The deposit is forfeited for changes made on shorter notice or for missed appointments. Appointments booked as part of a prepaid package carry a $100 cancellation fee for late changes or missed visits. XERF and Ultherapy appointments require a $1,000 non-refundable deposit at booking, applied toward the treatment.
