Clients can complete an online skin consultation survey, after which a personalized home care plan is created. Tam also offers a virtual one-on-one consultation of 30 minutes for the same fee. Acne Bootcamp consists of two 60-minute customized acne facials spaced two weeks apart, with a spot treatment between visits if needed; the salon says it would total $326 if booked separately. Nano Infusion is described by the salon as similar in goal to microneedling but without needles or downtime.
Waxing is priced by area and by provider, so Brazilian prices differ depending on whether Brittany or Tam performs the service. Before a Brazilian wax, clients should let 3 to 4 weeks of growth build, exfoliate 24 to 48 hours ahead, and avoid makeup for 24 hours afterward. Brow services call for 4 to 8 weeks of growth. Clients using AHA, BHA or other resurfacing topicals on the wax area should stop 5 to 7 days beforehand, and the salon does not wax clients taking oral acne medication. Shaving and depilatories between appointments are not recommended.
Appointments are booked through the salon's Square online system, and a valid credit card must be on file to confirm them. Cancellations and rescheduling need 48 hours notice, made through the confirmation email. Late arrivals have a 10-minute grace period, and clients expecting to be late should call or text ahead. Children are not permitted at appointments. The studio is open Monday through Friday, with Saturday hours depending on the provider, and is closed Sundays and holidays.
